Executive Chef since 2005, Stéphane Hubert is passionate about catering and owes his reputation to the quality of his dishes. His vision of the profession is the importance of teamwork and the desire to pass on his culinary passion. His mission is to involve the next generation in regional cuisine.

Sommelier

Maître d'hôtel and sommelier since 2002, François Roberge is a defender of Canadian viticulture and offers an important collection of these wines. His mission is to discover the harmony of food and wine and to offer a unique gastronomic experience.
