François Roberge is the Maître d'hôtel - Chef Sommelier of Auberge Godefroy since 2002. Graduate from l'Espace hôtelier Curnonsky de Saumur in France, he had the privilege to work at the well-known ‘'Bistro du Sommelier'' in Paris, owned by Philippe Faure-Brac.
His passion to find new vineyards and private exclusive importation brings him to travel and visit the grand Canadian wine regions. Being an ardent Canadian wine advocate, he makes sure to offer a variety of Canadian wines, the most specialized in Québec.
