Policies and information

• Check-in time is 4:00 am. and you can have access to the facilities from 1:00 pm. on the day of your arrival. Check-out time is 11:00 am. and you can have access to the facilities until 1:00 p.m. on the day of your departure. Bathrobes will be provided at the hotel reception upon request.
• Dining room: formal evening attire is required.
• Pets are not allowed.
• You must be at least 18 years old to make a room reservation.
• Sunday Brunch starting at 11:30 am. : extra charge of $ 18 per person. Not available on special brunches (Easter, Mother's Day, Christmas, New Year's Day).
• Tasting dinner : extra charge of $ 30 per person.
• When booking, a deposit of $ 100 is required, unless mentioned otherwise or on certain special offers.
  • The deposit will be refunded if the cancellation occurs at least two weeks before the date of arrival.
  • The deposit will be kept for a future stay if the cancellation occurs between 48 hours and 14 days before the date of arrival.
  • If cancellation is done less than 48 hours before arrival date or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged (taxes included).
• No refund on activities or meals not taken.
• All rates are in Canadian currency and subject to change without notice.

• Standard with terrace : One Queen size bed and one Queen size murphy bed room, with shower in bath combination in the bathroom and private terrace. Extra charge of $ 50 per day.
• Superior : King size bed room with shower in bath combination in the bathroom . Extra charge of $ 10 per day.
• Prestige : King size bed room and massage shower. Extra charge of $ 60 per day.
• Prestige Plus: King size bed room, therapeutic bath, massage shower and ambient fireplace. Extra charge of $ 80 per day.
• Luxury : Romantic ambiance in a spacious King size bed room, therapeutic bath with chromatherapy, massage shower, water vapor fireplace and balcony. Extra charge of $ 180 per day.
• Executive Suite : King size bed suite, spacious lounge with ambient fireplace, therapeutic bath and massage shower. Extra charge of $ 180 per day.
