We bring the following points to your attention to ensure the safety of all of our guests and our employees during your stay.
- To conform with the measures imposed by Public Health, the vaccination passport is compulsory since September 15th, 2021.
- The vaccination passport is MANDATORY to have access to the following services : dining room, Le Balzac pub and Bar-terrace, fitness studio, indoor and outdoor pools, meeting and banquet rooms.
- The vaccination passport is NOT MANDATORY for the following services : accommodation units (room service), outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs and Amerispa treatments.
- To facilitate your arrival at the hotel, please present your QR code with an ID card. You will be given a bracelet that must be worn on your wrist at all times during your stay.
- You must not have any symptoms related to COVID-19.
- You must follow the measures posted throughout the hotel.
- No rude or aggressive comments will be tolerated, our staff are working hard for you and deserve your respect.
