Passionate for the restoration business since his teenage years, Stéphane Hubert became Auberge Godefroy’s Executive Chef in 2005. He is also an active member of ‘’La Société des Chefs, Cuisiniers & Pâtissiers du Québec’’, in the Mauricie region since many years. For his implication, he received the prestigious title of Chef of the year in 2005 and in 2008.
Chef Hubert obtained a unique reputation by using the best of Québec’s terroir products; He and his qualified crew prepare original and delicious creations of exceptional quality.
The importance of teamwork and the desire to transmit his culinary passion defines his business vision. His mission is to inspire the aspiring young chefs to regional cuisine.
